We know the system can be hard to navigate. It’s always changing, and sometimes it feels overwhelming, like nobody really cares. We do. We’re here to make things easier, clearer and genuinely useful.
Getting started is easy, whether you’re a coordinator, participant or family member.
Call, email, or use the referral form below. We respond fast, and there are no portals to wrestle with.
We confirm your funding, review the plan together and work out what support makes sense. By phone, email or in person, whatever suits.
We set up a simple service agreement that’s clear, fair and flexible, signed however works best for you.
We get to work around your life, your goals and your schedule. A meet and greet with your worker is always your call.
We support NDIS participants across Melbourne with practical, hands-on help, from making sense of your plan to getting out in the community.
We help make sense of your NDIS plan: what’s included, how your funding works, and how to put it to use in a way that suits you.
Get in touch →Help with appointments, budgeting, schedules and daily organisation, so you can focus on living your life.
Get in touch →Coaching and support to build skills for greater independence, from cooking and daily living to confidence and communication.
Get in touch →1:1 support to get out and about, connect with your community, build social skills, and do the things that matter to you.
Get in touch →Support with light domestic tasks like laundry, dishes and home organisation, keeping your space safe, clean and functional.
Get in touch →The NDIS can be confusing. We help you find your way by connecting you with the right supports, services and people.
Get in touch →Support workers on their phones. Not really listening. Not knowing what to do or where to go for help. And people being treated like they don’t understand their own lives.
That didn’t sit right with us, so we decided to do things differently. We’re not a big organisation, and we’re not trying to be. We’re a small team of experienced people who care about doing the job properly.
We’re transparent from the start. We’ll work with you to find the right support worker for your needs. If we can’t find the right fit, we’ll tell you, and we’ll help connect you with someone who can. If something isn’t working, that’s okay too. We go back to the drawing board and work it out together.
A lot of people we support are navigating more than one system at once, including NDIS, mental health, AOD, housing and homelessness, and family and domestic violence. We understand how complex that can be, and we help make it manageable.
We believe people know their own lives best. Our job is to support, not take over.
No overpromising. No confusion. Just Bloody Good Care.
Book a Free Consultation →Everything we do is built around what the participant needs, not what’s easiest for the system.
We slot in alongside coordinators, family and allied health rather than replacing what’s already working.
Coordinators can send referrals via email or phone. No portals, no complicated forms required.
We explain the NDIS in terms that make sense, so participants and families can make informed decisions.
A safe, affirming space for all people. Everyone deserves support that sees them fully.
Our team brings lived and living experience of disability and mental health. We’ve navigated this system ourselves.
All workers hold NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, and Police Checks. We hold Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
Ready to make a referral? Fill in the form and we'll be in touch. If you'd rather just have a conversation first, call or email us directly. No forms needed.
We currently support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. All services are billed in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Tell us a bit about yourself or the person needing support, and we’ll take it from there.
If you or someone you support needs immediate help, these services are available any time.
Things people usually want to know before reaching out.
We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants across Melbourne. If you're not sure which category you fall into, your plan manager or support coordinator can tell you. Or just reach out and we'll help you work it out.
Pretty quickly, sometimes same day if that's what's needed. To get started we need to confirm you have NDIS funding in place (either from you directly, your support coordinator, or a copy of your plan) and have a signed service agreement, which we can sort over the phone, by email or in person.
If you're self-managed, we work directly with you. If you're plan-managed but don't have a support coordinator, that's fine too. We can still work with you, and your support worker can help you find one if needed.
Once that's sorted, we match you with the right worker and go from there. If you'd like a meet and greet with your worker beforehand, just let us know.
Before anything starts, we can arrange a meet and greet: a relaxed, informal chat between you (or the participant) and your potential support worker. It's a chance to see if the fit feels right, with no commitment and no pressure. We'd always recommend one, but it's completely your call.
And if you don't click with your worker down the track, that's okay. Compatibility matters. Tell us and we'll find a better fit. No awkward conversations, no drama. You're in control.
Anyone. You can refer yourself, or a family member, friend, support coordinator, GP, allied health professional, or anyone else can refer on your behalf. There's no gatekeeping here. If you think BGC might be the right fit, just reach out and we'll take it from there.
No ongoing commitment. We use a service agreement that is clear and easy to follow, and either party can end it with 2 weeks' written notice. There are no exit penalties or lengthy notice periods. If something changes or it's not working, just let us know.
We charge at the standard NDIS rates set by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. There are no gap fees, no additional charges and no surprises. You can view the current pricing guide at ndis.gov.au.
We always make sure you’re comfortable with the costs before any services begin. If you have questions, just ask us directly.
You can speak to us directly at any time, and we take all feedback seriously. Incidents are managed in line with the NDIS Practice Standards, and if something happens involving you or your supports, you will always be informed. You also have the right to contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission independently on 1800 035 544. Raising a concern will never affect your supports.
Yes, and you wouldn’t be the first. If you send us a copy of your plan, one of our team can sit down with you (or go through it over the phone) and help you make sense of what’s in there and what you can use it for. Ideally a support coordinator would do this with you on an ongoing basis, but if you don’t have one yet or just need a hand in the meantime, we’re happy to help as part of your initial conversation with us, at no charge.
